This project was one of the biggest challenges we faced because there was a big hindrance to the limited space. It was designed that the purpose of this café was based on becoming the icon for the area by providing not only local residents but travelers with a small cultural space.
For Hong Kong people having a limited selection only to be tired of sweet drinks, we provided customized services, targeting the Hong Kong market;serving a wide range of high-quality specialty coffee drink, establishing the identity of F&B by developing new coffee menus mixed with crystallized Korean citron, called YUZA in Korean, and added with various specially-made sauces.
So, we attracted great media attention in local people experiencing a new culture of café as well as visiting regularly.
